Shipping
All orders ship domestically within the contiguous United States. We do not currently ship internationally.
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. If we’re temporarily away, a site-wide notice will be posted with updated processing times before you check out.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. We ship via USPS or comparable carrier depending on package size and delivery speed.
Free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $99.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of collectible sealed product, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
We understand that’s a firm policy, so we hold ourselves to a high standard on packaging and accuracy before anything leaves our hands.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged in transit or you received the wrong item, we want to make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item(s) and packaging as received
- A brief description of the issue
We’ll review and respond within 1–2 business days. Verified issues will be resolved with a replacement of the same item when available, or store credit if the item is out of stock. Requests submitted after the 7-day window cannot be honored.
Items purchased through Holo Reserve vending machines at partner locations are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances. All vending machine sales are final at the point of purchase. Please inspect the machine’s display before completing your transaction.
We consider an order delivered once the carrier marks it as delivered to the address provided at checkout. If tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. We are not responsible for packages confirmed delivered to the correct address. If you believe your package was stolen or misdelivered, please file a claim with the carrier directly.
We begin processing orders quickly, but if you need to cancel or change something, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate requests made before the order ships. Once a shipping label has been created, we’re unable to make changes.
